Dalton, GA, Sept. 27, 2010–J&J Industries said it will purchase Templeton Hospitality Carpet from Monticello International.
The companies have signed an asset purchase agreement, which has to be approved by the J&J board of directors.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Thomas Industries sold its Monticello Floors business nearly two years ago as part of its Chapter 11 bankruptcy process.
