Gresmalt Group Acquires 51% of Del Conca USA⁠

Loudon, TN, September 21, 2026—Gresmalt Group acquired a 51% controlling stake in Del Conca USA, the Loudon, Tennessee subsidiary of the Del Conca Group. Del Conca retains the other 49%. 

Gresmalt is taking the strategic leadership role in the U.S. business. 

Del Conca USA was founded in 2014. The business serves the U.S. and Canada, generating approximately $50 million in annual revenue. 

Davide Mularoni, president of Ceramica del Conca, says the sale “lays the groundwork for a new phase.”
