Healthier Choice Names Kevin Choate VP of Sales-Southwest

Dalton, GA, October 22, 2026—Healthier Choice Flooring has named Kevin Choate vice president of sales – Southwest. 

Choate will oversee sales growth for the company’s Healthier Choice and Choice Flooring brands in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and throughout the Southwestern United States.

Choate brings more than 35 years of flooring industry experience, including positions with Shaw Industries, Queen Carpet and Happy Feet International. Based in Dallas since 1994, he has extensive experience in the Texas market and longstanding relationships throughout the flooring industry.

In his new role, Choate will build and lead the regional sales team, expand relationships with independent flooring retailers and distributors, and develop commercial and multifamily business. His responsibilities span Healthier Choice’s carpet cushion and acoustical underlayments and Choice Flooring’s luxury vinyl and engineered hardwood collections.

Healthier Choice Flooring LLC is a family-owned manufacturer of high-density polyurethane carpet cushion and acoustical underlayments based in Dalton, Georgia. Its Choice Flooring division supplies luxury vinyl and engineered hardwood flooring to the retail market.
