Mullican to Consolidate Ronceverte Operations into Norton Location

Ronceverte, WV, September 24, 2026—Mullican Flooring has announced that its Ronceverte, West Virginia plant will consolidate operations into its Norton, Virginia location, effective November 20. 

Says the company, “We recognize the significant impact this announcement will have on our employees, their families and the broader community. The dedication, hard work and commitment demonstrated by the employees at this facility over the years have been instrumental to our success, and we are deeply grateful for their contributions.”

The decision to close the Ronceverte plant, which is in a flood zone, follows a series of significant capital investments in technology and automation at its Norton, Virginia, plant to increase production and improve productivity. Ronceverte, which celebrated its 40^th anniversary last year, was the company’s first plant.
