Välinge Settles Patent Dispute With Mannington

Viken, Sweden, Feb. 24, 2010–Välinge has settled its patent dispute in the U.S. with laminate producer Mannington Mills.

Välinge and Mannington have signed a global non-assertion agreement, which gives Mannington the right to continue to produce and sell its Välinge locking system.

”We see this agreement as a first step to a long-term partnership and co-operation on new technologies developed by Välinge,” says Valinge President Darko Pervan.
