Greenbuild Forms Partnership with Giga

Dallas, TX, June 13, 2018-Greenbuild International Conference & Expo has announced a new strategic partnership with Giga that will integrate Giga’s Origin Data Hub with Greenbuild’s new online product gallery, Connect. The collaboration is anticipated to launch this September and will integrate certification data with product information from Greenbuild and ArchitectureBoston (ABX) exhibitors.

Connect is a new online product gallery for the building and design industry, featuring exhibitors from both Greenbuild and ABX that already boasts over 14,000 registered users and 3,000 products.

“Combining the transparency, inclusiveness and breadth of data available on Origin with the equity behind Greenbuild and ABX positions Connect to become one of the most important, relevant and useful sites for the entire building and design community,” said Lindsay Roberts, Greenbuild and ABX group director, Informa Exhibitions. “With this integration, participants will be able to search and source products by a variety of product certifications, favorite the products and plan to visit the manufacturers on-site at Greenbuild and/or ABX.”

Origin is a hub of connected building material, developed by Giga, that features certification and standard information on over 127,000 products in the building industry. Origin connects the world’s leading international certification entities, including Intertek, SCS Global Services, Cradle to Cradle, Declare, HPDC, TÜV Rheinland, Global GreenTag, ClearChem and more. Origin powers Mindful Materials, an industry led product sustainability communications platform. All Mindful Materials manufacturers will be able to showcase product data directly within the Connect platform, with minimal effort.
