Carlisle Enters Prefinished Hardwood Business

Stoddard, NH, Jan. 12, 2015 -– Carlisle Wide Plank Floors is getting into the prefinished flooring business.

The firm said it has launched Carlisle Collections in a bid to increase its market share. The company said the new products are more competitively priced and come with faster lead times.

The 12 collections can be purchased through the company's website.

Carlisle will also continue to offer its custom flooring.
 
“We believe our new strategy and focus on collections is going to fuel substantial growth for Carlisle in 2015 and will also have a significant impact on the marketplace at large,” said Carlisle CEO Michael Stanek.

“We expect both production per square foot and revenue to increase by more than 20% next year as a result. We also expect to increase our sales staff by 30% in 2015.”
