Artisan Design Group Acquires Pacific Carpets

Dallas, TX, January 5, 2021-Artisan Design Group has announced the acquisition of Pacific Carpets.

Pacific Carpets, headquartered in Huntington Beach, California, is a turnkey supplier of carpet, hardwood, tile, countertops, luxury vinyl tile and other floorcovering and surface solutions for the commercial market. The company was founded in 1978 and serves the hospitality, office, apartment and healthcare sectors.

Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, ADG operates more than 90 distribution, design and service facilities and coordinates installation through over 1,550 independent contractors across 22 states. ADG was formed in 2016 through the combination of Floors Inc. and Malibu Floors. ADG has completed fifteen acquisitions since its founding in 2016 and in three years has grown its revenue from $300 million to approaching $1 billion and from 557 employees to nearly 1750.
