Artisan Design Group Acquires Nonn’s Kitchen Bath & Flooring

Dallas, TX, January 7, 2021-Artisan Design Group has announced the acquisition of Nonn’s Kitchen Bath & Flooring. The company announced its acquisition of Pacific Carpets earlier this week.

Headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin, Nonn’s is a provider of installation services for flooring, countertops, cabinets and appliances, primarily to single-family residential homebuilders in Wisconsin and Florida. The company also has retail, remodel, commercial builder and apartment replacement divisions. Nonn’s has been in operation for over 36 years and, in addition to Madison, has locations in Menomonee Falls, Middleton and Waukesha.

Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, ADG operates more than 90 distribution, design and service facilities and coordinates installation through over 1,550 independent contractors across 22 states. ADG was formed in 2016 through the combination of Floors Inc. and Malibu Floors. ADG has completed fifteen acquisitions since its founding in 2016 and in three years has grown its revenue from $300 million to approaching $1 billion and from 557 employees to nearly 1750.
